Associate Lawyer

Kate Mitchell is an associate lawyer at Borys Law. She works primarily in correctional law and appears regularly before the Parole Board of Canada and Ontario Parole Board. She has represented prisoners in habeas corpus applications in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as judicial review applications in the Federal Court.
