Because we are in court much of the time, we do not have regular office hours for walk-ins. Meetings are arranged by appointment only. This helps us to ensure your privacy and our undivided attention.
The best way to get a hold of us (including after hours for emergencies) is by phone or email. Phones are answered by a live receptionist between 8am-8pm, Monday to Friday and Saturdays between 9am-5pm. The voicemail for our toll free and local numbers is monitored after hours for emergencies.

Although our office is based in Kingston, Ontario, we utilize technology and a network of local agents in other jurisdictions for preliminary court appearances to allow us to serve clients outside the Kingston area effectively and efficiently.
For example, we use Skype for virtual meetings when possible, we use a digital document signing service to allow you to sign documents remotely, and we offer online payment options. All of this is designed to save you time and money.
This allows us to serve clients in Ontario as far west as Kitchener and as far east as Ottawa. This includes, but is not limited to: Barrie, Belleville, Brampton, Brockville, Burlington, Cambridge, Cobourg, Cornwall, GTA, Guelph, Hamilton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Lindsay, Milton, Mississauga, Newmarket, Oakville, Orangeville, Orillia, Oshawa, Ottawa, Peterborough, and Toronto.
For our correctional law clients, we will travel to any of the federal prisons in Ontario, including: Collins Bay, Millhaven, Bath, Joyceville, Warkworth, Beaver Creek, and Grand Valley.
