Let us know how we can help

Because we are in parole hearings or court much of the time, we do not have regular office hours for walk-ins. Meetings are arranged by appointment only, and these days are all being done by phone or Zoom.  This helps us to ensure your privacy and our undivided attention.

Getting in touch

The best way to get a hold of us is by phone or email. Phones are answered by the firm’s Legal Assistant, Erica Bradley, between 9:00am and 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.  Outside of these hours, the fastest way to get a response is to email us.

Inmates in provincial jails can call our toll free number (888-402-8282).  This number is approved by the Ministry to be called toll free from any jail in the province.  Please note this is not a collect call, it is a toll free call.  Calls can be completed from payphones in the jail by dialing zero before the number. This is the only number provincial inmates can use to call us.

Inmates in federal prisons must get our local number (613-777-6262) added to their phone card and then can call us like any other number.  Please note this number cannot be called collect.  This is the only number federal inmates can use to call us.

Locations we service

Because parole hearings and court appearances can now be done by video conference or phone, we are able to serve clients at all jails and prisons in Ontario.

We do client meetings by phone or Zoom whenever possible and we use a digital document signing service to allow documents to be signed remotely.  We also offer online payment options by credit card and e-transfer.

Regardless of where you are located, if you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will assist you in any way we can.
